I appreciate your feedback Thomas and understand how your life must have been with a narc partner. Yes, I agree to each word you wrote. But narcs are everywhere and you can't divorce or go no contact with each and every one? sometimes we have no other way but to live with them (when the narc is your parent or sibling, neighbour, colleague etc) They are disillusioned but we are not. We cannot live in the denial forever like them. We have to find ways to stop running away and face them without falling into their trap or losing our sanity. Thats the whole point behind this article. I have seen people trying to kill themselves because of these miserable creatures. That's so not right. These behaviours helped me find some strength in life. I just hope they help others too. (even if one, I am successful in my attempt).
